Who else 🪀🪀’s with their fitness routine?
This time last year I worked 🏋🏿♀️ out 5 times a week and weighted all of my food to keep track of my macros... to achieve my ideal of what a fit woman looked like 👙.
I achieved my goal🏆. I was the leanest I’ve ever been in my life.
The problem with working towards a goal is once you’ve achieved it the motivation carry on deminishes ⬇️ because in your mind you’re done.
And that’s what happened😩, as soon as I got busier.
The mind is one hell of a critical beast that will shame and judge it’s self it not reasoned with.
Cause once you think you’re not fit you’re less motivated to move (ha). Luckily anytime I feel this way I hear wisdom from my training sessions with @isaiah___skinner
➖Don’t train for the results, train for the craft.
➖Train to learn a new skill.
➖Train to strengthen the body.
✔️Those words and our kettle bell sessions have been the bond to my continuation of moving and shift my relationship with working out.
