Movment is Medicine 💫 I wouldn’t usually post a video like this but I finally got a chance to connect with one of my beautiful sisters @emma.the.alchemist in person at the medicine festival this weekend, over the last year she’s inspired me to really drop into my movement practice as a form of release💫 It doesn't matter what I'm movin through.
