The hanger steak seasoned with @fiestaspices uncle Chris and grilled hot and fast @traegergrills till 125°F 🔥 I ❤️ a big bowl of Chimichurri sauce next to my grilled meats. My recipe 1 bunch parsley 4 tbsp minced garlic 2 tbsp dried chives 2 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1/4 c red wine vinegar 3/4 c extra virgin olive oil Salt & pepper to taste pulse everything in a blender until creamy and smooth. Or alternatively, you can chop all of the ingredients for a different type of texture.
