Make use of our free water refill stations to keep refreshed throughout your experience 🕶️ Wear sun cream, and ensure you top up if you're taking on High Ropes outdoors 🧢 Wear a hat to keep cool and protected when outside ⛱️ Make use of our indoor activities to cool down and try something new away from the sun 👟 Wear adventure-ready clothes - no flip flops, heels or open toed sandals will be allowed, and please cover any part of the body in contact with the harness if participating in Climb or High Ropes 🙋 Ask for help if you need it!
