A few years ago I sent a message to a stranger on Facebook and asked to be friends. I’m still unsure why I messaged her, but it seems our souls were drawn together. Fast forward and I booked a spontaneous flight to visit her in May. Our plan was to see the Queen’s Jubilee in London, and then go to Iceland for a short trip. I honestly had no intention of falling in love this year, and was planning to go to Europe to do a solo motorbike trip... but while in Iceland I felt my life course shift drastically. I’ve never felt such a strong connection with anyone before, and it’s been redefining my entire perception of love. Very excited to see what the future holds.
