MY WEEK OF MEALS & ACTIVITIES IN ASPEN quickly summed up in 20 photos & deets below ⛰️🤠🍝🍨 #eatthis • @casatuaaspen @casatualife my favorite meal in Aspen- sit outside for the perfect people watching and order the nut crusted salmon, rigatoni bolognese, & pistachio gelato • @matsuhisaaspen order the Nobu classics like the trufflé spinach salad, crispy rice, miso black cod, miso eggplant, and new style salmon roll • @paradise_bakery_aspen there is a line all day here for good reason - try the blended coffee, the peach arnold palmer, and always get pastries & gelato • @steakhouse316.aspen skip the apps and order a steak, these giant onion rings (every table in the restaurant had them), and all the sauces & sides • @woodycreektavern tastes even better when you bike 16 miles down the Rio Grande Trail to this amazing lunch spot with the best salsa I’ve ever had • @stregisaspen amazing stay and perfect location - I wasn’t obsessed with the food here but this poolside chicken quesadilla was special • @blazingadv has many excursion and activity options - the mountaintop sunset dinner with a bbq spread, games, live music, and s’mores was such a highlight of the week • @wayan_aspen I had high hopes because I like the location in New York - it fell a bit short of my expectations, but was cool inside and if you go, order the lobster noodles and crab fried rice • casual lunches: @springcafeaspen the original, @meatandcheeseaspen is a must, @whitehousetavern is hillstone vibes, The Big Wrap doesn’t have an Instagram but has huge fun wraps and salads • @kemosabe1990 is an experience and more than just a cowboy hat store • Other Activities: we hiked to the tippy top of the mountain via the Ute trail (⚠️), hiked Ajax and Smuggler trails, and went fly fishing via @aspenoutfittingco
