This year I became a ICan Dance buddy and it was an amazing experience. I’m forever grateful to @zoe.mayberry for inviting me to be a buddy in her class. It has truly been such a heartwarming experience and I’m so blessed to experience it with two of my closest friends. If you’ve never heard of ICan Dance, it is a non-profit faith based organization that gives special needs children and young adults the opportunity to dance. These dancers have faced the toughest challenges, but their light never dims. I went into this thinking I would be the change in their lives, but they are the ones that made one in mine. They are underestimated daily and prove the world wrong every day. They conquer anything thrown at them, and there is NOTHING they can’t do. It’s truly such a special organization that I will hold very dear to my heart. God sends us such beautiful reminders that there is still light in this world. You can truly do ANYTHING through Christ! Philippians 4:13.
