I’m starting on January 1st and will be doing it for 21 days. I'll be locked in and committed...Focusing on whole, plant-based foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds! I’ll be making rice bowls, fruit and veggie salads, eating oatmeal, drinking smoothies, and of course I’ll be juicing too! This Daniel Fast isn’t about weight loss or aesthetics although you will absolutely lose weight. It’s about mental, spiritual, and physical discipline, clarity, prayer, and drawing closer to God!
