Combining @newlondonlight ‘First Light’ with @twokeysdrinks Pink Grapefruit Soda, strawberry, raspberry and ginger, ‘Light and Key’ is a citrusy and sweet non-alcoholic cocktail. 50ml (1.7 fl oz) New London Light ‘First Light’ 25ml (0.85 fl oz) Sugar syrup 1 Strawberry 1 Raspberry 2 Slices of fresh ginger Two Keys Pink Grapefruit Soda Add New London Light ‘First Light’, sugar syrup, 1 strawberry, 1 raspberry and 1 slice of ginger into a shaker and muddle fully. Top with ice and shake. Double strain into a highball filled with ice and gently sieve if necessary. Top with Two Keys Pink Grapefruit Soda and garnish with a slice of ginger.
