Yes please. 🥗💚 Ingredients: • 1⁄2 C milk Lifeway kefir • 1⁄2 C mayonnaise (avocado oil mayo recommended) • 1 tsp fresh garlic, minced • 1 tsp (each) dried chives, dill, dried parsley, onion powder • 1⁄2 tsp salt • Black pepper (to taste) • Juice of 1⁄4 lemon (or 1⁄2 lime) • 1 tsp potato starch Instructions: 1. Place all ingredients into a blender & blend until it’s smooth and well combined. 3. Refrigerate for at least 30 mins. 4. Stir before serving.
