Tonight’s Full Moon Rest in TDR Studio is all about creating safe spaces for ourselves —— for grounding, pulling the energy down into the earth & creating a deep relationship of deservingness with Rest, stillness & in-between spaces. Rest is less effective as a reward. Rest is EVERYTHING as a foundation we build our dreams upon. We don’t Rest because it’s the easy option —— we Rest because we’re serious about becoming and living as who we truly are.
