Okoy is best paired with vinegar, so start dipping 😏 Their taho isn’t overly sweet, which may be a good or bad thing, but I do prefer it to be sweeter. We also ordered their vegetable lumpia, puto (steamed rice cakes), and kutsinta (sticky brown rice cakes).
