A very happy Thursday made by trawling through images of Indian kitchens I love so much. Here’s a great one I found on a blog by someone called Jenna Yajjala showing her family kitchen that she calls the ‘typical Indian kitchen set up’ Jenna writes “Most Indians use daily steel plates, bowls and glasses (I call them cups because they are not glass😆) Indians have a nice stock of large mixing bowls, pressure cookers, serving trays and water containers. They have special curd/yoghurt containers and spoons used only for that purpose. Water does not come constantly from a spout 🚿like USA and most western cultures. It fills up on our bore well and we keep the freshest water in the kitchen inside steel water containers.” ❤️
