This evening’s cocktail of choice; the Gin Gin Mule- created by the legendary Audrey Saunders. Gin Gin Mule Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Fords Gin 3/4 oz fresh lime juice 1 oz simple syrup 6 sprigs of mint 1 ounce ginger beer Garnish: bouquet of mint or lime wheel w/ candied ginger Method: Combine the lime juice, simple syrup and mint in a mixing glass and gently muddle. Add Fords Gin, ginger beer, ice and shake well. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
