Last night I was compelled to rewatch Vivre Sa Vie. I wasn’t sure why exactly. I was alone and I needed the opiate of black and white motion picture, I guess. Godard has always been a balm for my soul. Strange how consciousness works sometimes. RIP legend, thank you for breaking the rules.
