Today is the last day of my first trimester and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, real workouts are near next to impossible in the early phases of growing your embryo! One flight of stairs in the house would knock me out and more times than not I actually crawled up the stairs. To make it worse, I had SO MUCH anxiety about movement. If I got my heart rate up, I feared I was doing too much, if I didn’t do anything (which was most days) I worried I wasn’t doing enough. It took a lot of listening to myself to really tune into what my body needed, funny because this is what I preach at @thebecomeproject all the time. So, here are the only tried and true first trimester pregnancy moves I’ve found I did pretty much every day. Who can relate? 😂 Busting out of my @pumawomen x @dualipa set! Looks like it’s time to size up 🙏
