Max was born with four heart defects. He had two lengthy surgeries when he was 10 days old and again at 10 weeks. During that first year, he saw CHOC specialists in neurology, pulmonology, urology, cardiology and high-risk infant specialists, had physical therapy and met nearly all his milestones. Today, Max has a big personality and genuinely loves life.
