Cindy Hill's (@cindy__hill) multidisciplinary practice delves into intimacy, care, and sexuality, while also reflecting on the history of women's health and the objects used to treat the body. Drawing from feminist and somatic discourses, she explores how women have reclaimed these spaces for liberation, healing, and empowerment.
During her residency at ISCP, Hill has been developing a new installation using textiles and cast objects, as well as experimenting with incorporating sound, vapor, and mist into her sculptures.
Cindy Hill is one of many ISCP artists-in-residence you can meet during Fall Open Studios!
