Today was a monumental day for SHVO @shvo and for Miami Beach as the Miami Historic Preservation Board approved our plan to move forward with the development of our master plan of the Raleigh Hotel @theraleighhotel , together with the South Seas and the Richmond. It was a long journey, and I couldn't be more thankful to my team for their dedication over the past several months. Kobi Karp @kobikarp developed a stunning architectural plan that honors Miami's rich culture and history while positioning ourselves as the crown jewel in South Beach's transformation. Leading the legal approvals, Alfredo Gonzales @ajgbeach dealt with every challenge with fortitude and savvy. I thank them and our entire team as well as the greater Miami Beach community and especially the Historic Preservation Board for their leadership throughout the review process. I can assure you that this is just the beginning of our collaboration and what will prove to be an inspiring and enduring commitment between my company SHVO, our partners, and Miami Beach.
