Busy 24 hours- left Connemara training camp yesterday for the long journey home. Arrived home at 3:30am and then up to get @gscott7967 to the #Londonmarathon expo for all the pre race must do photos (including a @shortfatguy_runsthemajors catchup). A spot of #carbloading. Then on to our happy place for a shakeout run with the lovely team from @pelotonstudios, two special coaches @jermainejohnsonuk and @jeffreymce and so many #pelofam - if anyone can spare a price of a coffee for Glyn’s wonderful charity @seafarers_kgfs - it would be so appreciated.
