leg dizzle at my apartment gym cause it was storming & i didn’t wanna walk to my real gym🙂🤝 we still got after it tho 😘 deets: *nothing is superset until the last exercise* -barbell hip thrust pyramid 1 x 10, 1 x 8, 1 x 6, 1 x 15 -goblet squat 3 x 12 -cable RDLs (w the cable there’s more control, i feel less strain on my back) 2 x 15 -heavy leg press 2 x 20 -band seated hip abduction (forgot to film) 2 x 20 -cable kicks (full ROM) 3 x 10, right into cable pulses 3 x 10 give it a go & lmk how it treats ya😏
