Thank you for inspiring us to make more positive changes to our daily routine 💚 #Repost ... @izzy_manuel my feel good sustainable summer routine 🌞 here are a few things that I do over summer to be a bit more sustainable while still enjoying one of my favourite times of year😌 1. reconnecting to nature: I LOVE being in nature, being outside, enjoying the trees, the landscape just everything, it is so important for not only your wellbeing but for reconnecting with nature🍃 2. wearing sustainable and breathable materials like TENCELTM️: this year has been a particularly hot summer and wearing breathable pieces is so key for staying cool. I have mentioned @tencel_global before but fabrics made from TENCELTM fibers are honestly some of my favourite and it’s made from eucalyptus which we love to see✨ 3. opting for a staycation🏡: staycations are so much more sustainable than flying and honestly the UK is so so pretty and there are so many beautiful spots SO worth visiting! 4. always having a reusable water bottle💧: 1,500 plastic bottles are thrown away each second, so I always have my reusable bottle with me everywhere I go to reduce single waste plastic👀 #TENCEL #FeelSoRight #FeelGoodMoments
