Meet Sage. The Trio of Knives we designed in collaboration with @materialkitchen. The Trio is complete with three essential blades: an 8-inch chef’s knife, a petite pairing knife, and a multitasking serrated knife. All three are constructed from quality Japanese high-carbon stainless steel that’s hand-polished, heat-treated, and cryogenically-tempered — this ensures the knives will never stain, chip, or dull. As an ode to the Japanese style that inspired the set, each blade is balanced with an oval handle.
