One of my biggest insecurities is my nails. Having anxiety means I bite them, along with the surrounding skin until it bleeds. I used to get them done but being time poor and saving on money has stopped that practice. @heliosnailsystemsau have saved the day with their clever stick on nails. Not only do they look pretty but they are so easy to apply. Just a quick file and glue and my nails are transformed (and insecurities have been eased).
