As a Negroni lover (it is probably my favorite cocktail besides the dirty martini!) I had to try my hand at the Sbagliato. It’s simple... basically we are swapping out the gin for Prosecco. Fill a glass with ice, add 1.5 oz of both sweet vermouth and @campariusa, and top it off with Prosecco! (I used champagne as that’s what was cold). Garnish with an orange slice. Though I am generally a Negroni purist, the Negroni is a boozy drink and I can really only have one or two. This is a lighter take. It won’t get you wasted and it’s great for daytime sips (brunch!!. You could even water it down a little with some club soda. I really like it!!! Dress by @suesartor ♥️
