Healthy strawberry smoothie bowl!!
This tastes like strawberry sorbet it’s so so good!! Love summer and smoothie bowls so there will definitely be more coming!!
Recipe:
Serves 1-2
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- optional: vanilla protein powder
- toppings: flaked coconut, sliced banana, hemp seeds
Directions:
1. Add the strawberries, sliced banana, and protein powder to a blender. Start adding a little milk at a time and blend until smooth. You may not need as much milk depending on the consistency you’d like.
2. Pour into a bowl (coconut bowls keep the smoothie from melting faster because they are not regular porcelain).
3. Add your toppings and enjoy!
