Even on the rainy days I’m grateful for my blessings... it’s a bit surreal to see myself in this shot, the @ctv sign peaking through the window. Loving what I do has always been a priority for me but being on tv was never even a distant thought. I’ve got the absolute job of my dreams as an on-air fashion stylist on The Marilyn Denis show and it’s an infatuation that I know will never fade. My gratitude for the timing of life is overflowing. 🙏🏽💛 There are two things I love about my job as an influencer/content creator and fashion stylist:
 1. Is the confidence I see beaming through after I’ve completed a makeover. I never tire of the excitement in their eyes, hence my makeover segments bring me the most joy. I think the team at the show sees it shine through in me cause I’ve realized makeovers are now my top bookings. 2. Is touching and inspiring you through my posts. I love sharing fashion advice but really connecting with you and making you feel inspired, heard, understood and, I hope, comforted is what really motivates me to keep creating. Even when the post flops and the engagement is low, those few private messages, thanking me for sharing cause you needed to hear that message today, is what makes me feel fulfilled in this job. It’s been a difficult time for my family and I know I’m not showing up for you in all areas as I usually would. On a previous post one of you left a comment with these words- “Sometimes we have to decide which of all the many things we juggle Can fall and bounce back, Or which of these things will break if they fall.” I’m juggling, I’m choosing carefully where to put my energy And I want to thank you for allowing me to take time for myself. Time to be there for the people in my life who need me, Time to be off stories, Yet still showing up to support me when I’ve been ready to show up.
