Just like doctors or lawyers, educators, too, should enter the field with a common foundation of knowledge and skills. 💡
Our current cohort of master's students are the first to do so, studying critical concepts in education this summer before classes officially began.
Facing questions like:
➡️ What do successful teams have in common?
➡️ What kind of evidence helps you evaluate the success of an early literacy program?
➡️ How do injustices show up in the education system?
Our students tackled the four Foundations courses — How People Learn, Leading Change, Evidence, and Equity and Opportunity — as building blocks before diving into the school year.
