Truthfully, I haven’t wanted this fall season to end. The last bit of warmth & all the colors. I’ve had to slow down a lot wherever I can in between work, to soak it up with the fam. It’s been a great thing. So many sweet moments with my boys. I love taking photos of everything that we do so I can remember it all, but over the past month or so, there have been no photos that can paint a picture well enough of the sweet moments. And sometimes I like it that way. There’s no pressure of “photo or it didn’t happen”. Just real, pure unshared memories. Slow mornings eating breakfast together and bird watching the chickadees and swallows eat the bird seed we put out. Warm wagon walks looking for acorns and throwing rocks in puddles. Family adventures, and family movie nights. Don’t worry, we also had two weeks of family virus. Try as I might we couldn’t avoid it. Overall, it’s been a wonderful slowing down season. I’m slightly starting to feel the pull toward Christmas shenanigans ✨
