I can’t believe it’s been ONE YEAR since my #aclsurgery - for anyone who has gone through it you know how emotional and physical the healing journey can be. Last year was really tough but I’m just happy to have my knee somewhat back to normal 🥲For anyone healing/going through any type of injury give yourself grace and be patient with your body.
