To support your adrenals focus on a nutrient dense diet with lots of healthy fats (especially omega 3s), vitamin C, B vitamins, and magnesium.⁣ ⁣ Here are some of my go-to foods for everyday adrenal support: ⁣ ⁣ 🍣 Omega 3s- salmon, chia seeds, flaxseeds, walnuts, hemp seeds ⁣ 🥦 Vitamin C- kale, spinach, broccoli, berries ⁣ 🍳 B vitamins - eggs, avocado, yogurt, wild caught fish, organic meats, & poultry ⁣ 🥑 Magnesium- avocado, leafy greens, pumpkin seeds, beans & fish ⁣ ⁣ I feel like this post is more of a note to self 😂 but hoping it will help you too! ⁣ ⁣ I was feeling run down when I won’t up and whipped together some sautéed spinach w/ lemon, 2 sunny side up eggs, avocado, & hemp seeds and immediately had new refreshed energy 🥑💗
