Signs your adrenals need some TLC:
🚩 stress / anxiety
🚩 sugar / salt craving
🚩 fatigue
🚩 trouble sleeping
🚩 poor digestion
Stress has become the norm in our society, however, it is a silent killer and can throw your adrenals out of whack. To support your adrenals focus on a nutrient dense diet with lots of healthy fats (especially omega 3s), vitamin C, B vitamins, and magnesium.
Here are some of my go-to foods for everyday adrenal support:
🍣 Omega 3s- salmon, chia seeds, flaxseeds, walnuts, hemp seeds
🥦 Vitamin C- kale, spinach, broccoli, berries
🍳 B vitamins - eggs, avocado, yogurt, wild caught fish, organic meats, & poultry
🥑 Magnesium- avocado, leafy greens, pumpkin seeds, beans & fish

I was feeling run down when I won’t up and whipped together some sautéed spinach w/ lemon, 2 sunny side up eggs, avocado, & hemp seeds and immediately had new refreshed energy 🥑💗
