Alipús, meanig sip or drink, is one of the many sustainability produced mezcals I carry at Ererea. The craft of making mezcal is sort of a dying art and needs to be preserved. This one has a lovely orange blosdom and graoefruit peel aroma with notes of cinnamon, cilantro, and black pepper on the palate with whisps of smoke throughout without being overbearing.
