One of my biggest tips for all prenatal clients (and ANYONE in general): TRAIN. YOUR. BACK!!
Your body is in the process of getting a BIIIIIT more front heavy, which leads to a forward rounding of the shoulders and overall weakness in your “posterior chain”.
I train my “pull” to my “push” days on a 2:1 ratio to help balance this out! Here are some of my fave #prenatalapproved back hacks...
⏰: 5 rounds, 12 reps w/ medium resistance (RPE: 6-7/10)
