Every time we are called to level up an increase in focus & energy will be required. These seasons of growth can be uncomfortable because we are being stretched. Naturally, our reflex is to pull back on the activities that are causing us discomfort not realizing those activities are the very reason for our growth. We have to consistently remind ourselves - don’t keep the problem and throw away the solution. Like everyone else, we become overwhelmed, tired, and even wary on our journey.
