AD The most important thing I did for myself this year was take care of myself by intentionally carving out time for myself to do the things that bring me joy. I’m partnering with @Johnlewis for their #ForAllLifesMoments campaign to share the importance of prioritising yourself. I’ve had to forcefully remove myself from the bottom of my list to address my personal needs & wants. It’s fulfilling and I am happy. #JohnLewis #ForAllLifesMoments
