my go-to high protein breakfast with @Good Culture 🍳 this meal has single-handedly helped me lose -30lbs and stay lean without rebounding for a year now. in the beginning, i struggled a lot with getting enough protein in my diet until i found out that adding cottage cheese too anything is a LITERAL HACK high protein cottage cheese eggs recipe: - 4 eggs (6g protein each) - 1 cup @good_culture 2% cottage cheese (28g protein) - spray of avocado oil - flaky salt and freshly ground black pepper optional: 1 cup arugula, black garlic recipe: 1. whisk eggs, cottage cheese and pepper in a bowl 2. heat a non stick pan to medium heat and spray with oil 3. add eggs and continuously stirring for creamy, soft texture 4. cook until desired wetness (i prefer to cook longer for less moisture) 5. season with salt, pepper, black garlic optional: serve with arugula #goodculture #goodculturepartner #fitness #ad
