It's super easy and a lot more affordable (keep adding water daily while simmering and each batch keeps to up to a week). You can almost add any ingredient you'd like. For this christmas scent, I love orange, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, dried orange peel, fresh lemon and rosemary.
