My travel dreams have become my reality. I’ve gotten questions about choosing a fruitful career path atleast once or twice now. I thought I’d share with the younger girlies inspired by my travels. With faith and hardwork, you’ll end up exactly where you are suppose to be. It won’t be easy but you WILL. I took the road less traveled in college but it was actually the road to my destiny. When I started studying public speaking in college, I had no idea how confident I would need to be when my time to shine finally came. While my age mates swore by biology. If you’re interested in creative writing and everyone else is studying pre-med, don’t be intimidated. Do it and give it 100%, so that you can be the best creative writer ever known to your generation. The stars will align with God’s grace. I started writing about my heartbreaks 12 years ago. Today, I charge $1 a word. Very soon I’ll be charging $3. Remember that your aspirations change as you age, but the core remains the same. Apply discipline, consistency and stick with God. That’s exactly what I did, I applied constant pressure to my goals. Dreams without goals are just dreams, so have dreams and have goals. Weekly, monthly, and yearly goals. Work towards them, and always remember; True desire in the heart for anything good is God’s proof sent to you before hand to indicate that it’s yours already.
