Now that we’ve finally got a goodly amount of rain in the Midwest, mushrooms are ERRYWHERE!! I LOVE these silly lil purple beans, and they were WONDERFUL sautéed with some maitake, Aronia hot sauce, backyard wild greens, and some hastily made flatbread!!
