Mannn Back in May I hit @peterrpires up & told him "Breh, I cannot eat healthy without starving and feeling miserable. HELP, ME😂" I started to notice after quarantine I was lowkey getting washed. It slipped up on me cause I still looked fit with a shirt on, but my eating habits were clearly plotting on my downfall. He wrote me up a bomb ass meal plan that's was super simple to follow, with food that I would still feel motivated to eat, and portions that kept me from starving and craving trash food. (Still crave it from time to time, but that's what cheating is for) This is after about 8 weeks, and the man definitely knows his stuff. I'm still going as I'm probably at 70% of my goal, but it's definitely motivating seeing actual results, as food always has and will be my biggest pitfall in training. Eating is almost EVERYTHING with this stuff though, he can help @peterrpires @peterrpires
