And when I think about it these 27 days with you again after 2 and a half years of being apart both felt like a dream and a race at the same time, savoring every last second while trying to catch the next adventure I’ve planned. I feared that seeing you again was going to be strange or would need some adjustment, but the moment I laced my hand with yours again it was as if we’d never been apart. Just like the way it was when I met you on the 28th of December in 2019. Seeing you with my family and friends just made me adore you even more, and the way you let me flutter you around my life and maneuver it with a smile made me realize how much I appreciate everything you are.
