<begins rant> If you've followed me on social media for more than a minute, you know I'm not shy about calling out the bottomless pit of dishonesty and misinformation offered by an influencer who has given the terms grifter and shill new meaning... @JaclynHill I will not go into a lot of detail about the current situation - you need to watch the @allthingskoze farewell video on YouTube. After learning what has transpired, if you don't see how calculating and cold-hearted Jaclyn Hill is acting, then you're probably one of her die-hard fans and will never see the manipulative narcissist the rest of us do. That said, "All Things Koze" is/was owned by @kalynnicholson13 - who is not unknown on social media. Kalyn Nicholson has 206K followers on her IG account and 198K subs on the YouTube channel "All Things Koze." Jaclyn Hill stole the concept behind Kayln's lifestyle branding and its name by taking advantage of her (Kayln) not trademarking KOZE. Jaclyn Hill posted a video explaining how frustrated she was that "all the names" she and her team wanted were taken...so it's clear they were VERY AWARE that KOZE was already in use, specifically for a lifestyle brand - exactly what Jaclyn was intending to use it for. As usual, Jaclyn saw something she wanted, grabbed it, and didn't care how it affected other people's lives. Unfortunately, this horrible, bratty, entitled behavior has become business as usual with Jaclyn. Kalyn showed grace, class, and humility in her YouTube video, acknowledging her mistake in not securing the trademark for KOZE and announcing that she didn’t want to get into a legal battle or any online drama with JH and her cult-like fans. Even though she (Kayln) would win a legal battle to retain her brand name, it would cost up to $100K to do it. So she has decided to walk away from KOZE and start a new chapter. It's good to hear she's already made plans to rebrand and rebuild... but it's still heartbreaking to listen to her close a major chapter in her life because the heartless serial plagiarizer, Jaclyn Hill, STOLE her business concept on a technicality and as usual, takes no accountability for the damage and pain she's caused. <ends rant>
