#mahsaamini is sadly only an example of many many more women who got beat up and killed by the morality police of Iran because of “not having proper dress code on”. Growing up in Iran, constantly living in fear of you might go to jail because of your dress code as a women ever since you hit puberty. And some men get to say “if you dress like that Youre asking to be r4ped.” Women deserve to be able to choose what they want to wear and how they cover themselves. People deserve the freedom to choose if they like the same $3x or if they want to change their gender, EVERYONE DESERVES FREEDOM ON CHOOSING WHO THEY LOVE. And unfortunately there is no such freedom in Iran, I feel for the gays and queers, those who don’t feel comfortable in their own skin, if you’re transparent about any of that in Iran you will get beheaded. I just want everyone to take a second and grasp that. This isn’t the war for Iranian people only but this is the war for human rights. And Iranians need your voices this time the most...
