Pinching myself at this opportunity to be in the room documenting history as @jonbatiste premiered his first (of many, I’m sure) symphony at the iconic Carnegie Hall last night. The music is layered in rich symbolism, and the felt experience listening to it was striking. The atmosphere was electric.
