#ESG is at the forefront of our developments, especially when it comes to sustainability and inclusion. With our most recent San Francisco development, Mission Rock, we were able to carefully articulate those methods through an innovative District Energy System and blackwater treatment plant to increase water preservation. We partnered with the San Francisco Giants to ensure that the community we were building brought opportunities for women and minority owned businesses. And throughout the development process, we were not only led by female designers, but we created a construction training cohort to include women in the construction process.
