These are things I started doing intentionally postpartum with my first baby and have carried them all with me almost 4 years later. Because once you start, you won’t want to stop.
Give it 30 days. Show up consistently, not perfectly, and you’ll be amazed at how good you feel.
Some of these habits you can start today:
✅Cut back on alcohol
✅Hit 8K steps a day
✅Cook more meals at home
