12/12/21 A tribute to my hero, Keith Smith: I cannot believe I have to make this. I physically cannot comprehend what happened tonight. At 7:46 pm, my dad left us to join God. Keith was an amazing husband, and an even more amazing father. Nothing mattered more to him than family. He was an amazing listener, everything he said was always thought out. He knew how to deal with animals (4 to be exact) and even knew how to deal with 2 sons. We didn’t see eye to eye on a lot of things, but I knew he loved me unconditionally. Wether it was politics or even sexual orientation, he still loved me throughout it all. He was there to me when my actual father wasn’t. Thank you for adopting me, thank you for listening, thank you for being in my life, thank you for helping me with math, thank you for always trying, thank you for fighting, thank you. I love you Dad. You were the best father I could have hoped for.
