Maitake mushrooms with brown butter, eclairs with smoked onion and caviar (👀), crispy prawns with cayenne, endive salad with pistachio and currants, sea bream with fermented chili, and so many other delicious things - including the strawberry kakigori - all from @lefantastique_sf. My only regret is not eating 5 more of those prawns.
