Too often, people reduce Christianity to an identity, a title, or even just knowledge of Scripture. But as @therealarbernard reminds us, Christianity means follower of Christ. It’s not only about what you believe; it’s about how you live. A good and faithful servant will be judged only by God; not by denomination, politics, or human approval; but by the content of their character and how they showed up as a Christ follower. The real question is simple: Did you act as Jesus would? We are called to be Christlike and biblical, not biblical alone. You can quote verses, argue doctrine, and still miss the heart of the Gospel. In fact, you can even be Christlike without being “biblical” in the rigid sense; because Christ Himself embodied compassion, mercy, justice, and love beyond the letter of the law. Especially in these political times, it’s critical to remember that Christianity is an action word. Just like God is love, and love is expressed through action, being a Christian is expressed through how we treat people, serve others, forgive, and show grace. Stay focused. Stay aligned. Represent Jesus; not as a weapon, but as a living example of love, humility, and truth. Let your life be the Bible someone else gets to read.
