More Independent tips and hacks in cooking 🧑‍🍳. This is a continuation of my first video for anyone who has challenges with fine motor skills ( Doing small controlled movements with your ✋ hands): 🌝people with varying disabilities 💟the young 💛the elderly In this video I show the options of using: 🧤protective cutting gloves as a transition from plastic knives to sharp knives. It gives you an extra layer of protection so you can learn how to use sharp knives. They also have secure grip dots to prevent slippage and they are super comfortable yet snug! And machine washable. OR ✋No gloves 💠Oven gloves with grippy heat resistant silicone for a great grip - which I absolutely love! It covers my hands and well above my wrists. OR 🌀Regular pot holders: I find these harder to use because I worry about getting burned and then also sleeping on my hands ✳️Convection toaster oven- Which has been a game👍 changer for me. I don’t have to reach far into a large oven and worry about getting burned. It’s small and easy to use and I cook/bake everything in it! Muffins, cookies, cakes, salmon, vegetables- you name it ! OR ❇️Regular oven with my slip and heat resistant oven gloves 🤲We get absolutely no compensation for these products these are only tips for you to easily find them : 🔹Cut resistant gloves with grip protection: Amazon $12 🔹Oven gloves with extreme heat resistant and nonslip silicone coating for awesome grip and extra safety Amazon $30 ~ #cookinghacks #cookingtips #downsyndromeawareness #cookingskills #shineyourlight #shareyourstory #reachyourpotential #autismawareness #whoknew #reelsinsta
